Ceibo is a technology company that offers services primarily related to international tourism and travel planning information.

- βCeibo is a platform that can be used to discover recommended places. Recommendations are non-binding and therefore if services fail to deliver on their promises or do not meet expectations, Ceibo is not responsible for third parties.

To operate on the platform, all Users must accept these Terms and Conditions, any applicable annexes, and the Privacy Statement. Users accept these Terms and Conditions from the moment they register on the Site and use the Ceibo Ecosystem.
Those who have legal capacity and minors duly authorized may operate within Ceibo.
Each User is responsible for the personal data they provide at the time of registration and is obliged to keep it updated. Additionally, they are solely responsible for the use and protection of their password.
In some cases, we may charge a fee for the use of services that are part of the Ceibo ecosystem, which, if applicable, the User agrees to pay.

Ceibo owns all intellectual property rights over its sites, all its content, services, products, trademarks, trade names, logos, designs, images, advertising phrases, copyrights, domains, computer programs, codes, developments, software, databases, information, technology, patents and utility models, industrial designs and models, trade secrets, among others ("Intellectual Property") and are protected by national and international laws.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Argentine law. Any controversy arising from its application, interpretation, execution or validity will be resolved by the competent ordinary national courts, based in the City of Buenos Aires, except for specific provisions of public order regulations, such as, for example, legislation related to Consumers.
